HBOR's lending activities are implemented primarily through long-term financing of development and export projects of business entities for the purpose of providing efficient financial support to the overall and sustainable development of the Croatian economy.

Loan programmes are implemented either directly or through commercial banks co-operating with HBOR on the basis of the concluded co-operation agreements.

For the purpose of quality support to business entities, HBOR continuously monitors market movements and the needs of business entities, and it extends and changes its loan products accordingly.
