At the General Assembly of the European Long-Term Investors Association (ELTI) held on 26 September 2025 in the Netherlands that was organised by Invest-NL, the Member of HBOR's Management Board Alan Herjavec was re-elected to the Management Board of ELTI for a new term of office of three years.

His re-election also represents an important recognition for HBOR, as a confirmation of continuous contribution to the work of ELTI and the shaping of future European long-term investment policies. In his new mandate, Herjavec will specifically represent the interests of small promotional banks.

Dario Scannapieco, CEO of the Italian development bank CDP was reappointed ELTI President, while Lutz-Christian Funke (KfW, Germany), Jarosław Dąbrowski (BGK, Poland) and June Butler (SBCI, Ireland) are Vice-Presidents.

The European Long-Term Investors Association (ELTI) gathers development banks and institutions from across Europe with the goal of promoting investments that contribute to sustainable growth, employment, and competitiveness of the European economy.
