HBOR processes personal data of its clients, business partners and other data subjects by paying particular attention to the protection of their privacy and the security of personal data from unauthorised or unlawful processing. As the controller of personal data, HBOR applies the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation as well as other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union in the field of data protection.
In accordance with the above regulations, HBOR processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently by taking into account accuracy, purpose limitation and storage period, reduction of the amount of data processed as well as their confidentiality and integrity. In order to ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection, HBOR applies appropriate technical and organisational measures and improves its privacy protection procedures in everyday business operations continuously.
