HBOR continuously monitors the security of communication and protection of its clients and warns of possible fraud attempts in which third parties use the name, logo and identity of HBOR without authorisation and distribute changed or forged documentation and communication that may resemble official documents, including messages that may appear as if sent from HBOR's e-mail addresses.
Only information obtained through official HBOR channels, i.e. directly from HBOR employees or via official e-mail addresses, is considered official and credible.
Special attention is recommended when receiving information related to the status of applications. Even in cases where the communication or documentation appears to be official, it is recommended to additionally check their authenticity directly with HBOR through official contacts.
